Tools and Pipeline

  • Backfill: automated reference-video assembly and delivery via DaVinci Resolve and Confluence APIs, turning a day-long handoff into a push-button pipeline step.
  • SceneCalculatorPro: parsed proprietary script-editor XML against production scope and identified a 35% project overage mid-development on Life is Strange: Reunion, an essential tool in pulling the game back into scope and budget.
  • Additional studio tooling for mocap session management and screenplay processing; contributed to the studio-wide Python/Qt toolchain.

  • bodypipe: markerless motion-capture pipeline extracting body, face, and hand data from standard video. Qt GUI, real-time 3D preview, BVH/FBX export with Live Link to Unreal. Runs on consumer GPUs as a ground-up replacement for $50K studio rigs. 24,700 LOC, 1,160 tests passing.
  • facepipe: MediaPipe to ARKit blendshape pipeline with per-actor regression refinement and Cubase-style automation handles for tracking correction.
  • sandpipe-body: physics-extraction pipeline from monocular video; research roadmap folds physics priors back into bodypipe’s skeletal data for weight and grounding.

  • Scripty: branching-narrative editor with state-portrait choice tracking, CodeMirror screenplay surface, and a wire-planning whiteboard. React/TypeScript/Tauri.
  • Audiobook Agent: multi-agent narrator analysis pipeline; distilled CRF models reach 0.936 F1 on dialogue-attribution clustering.
  • Sandbox Physics: 22-material falling-sand engine with thermal model, phase transitions, and structural integrity. WebGPU compute-shader version for the GPU-bound case.

Agentic Network

  • Heterogeneous agent orchestration across a multi-machine homelab. Central orchestrator (Claude Opus, 1M context) directs a cluster of specialized local LLMs over a Tailscale mesh; central dispatcher routes work to qwen3-next-80b, gpt-oss-120b, qwen3-coder-next, vision and embedding models.
  • Unified memory service (semantic, heat-decay, raw transcripts) shared across agents and machines. Council-gated outbound messaging, Telegram-bridge inbound, autonomous wake cycles on cron.
